I have been using Lugar Inspection Services for over 7 years since their firm actually did the inspection on a listing I had. Each inspection is accompanied by a comprehensive color report with photos. We will walk you through the property at the end of the inspection and the report will be emailed the same day and most of the time within 1 hour of the inspection completion.
