Your home inspection will take time, 1 1/2 – 5 1/2 hours based on the square footage and property complexity. You can find some inspectors that might be quicker but this is YOUR home and we will take whatever time is necessary to do a thorough job and explain what we have found at the end of the inspection.

The reasonable fees we charge are based on square footage. Home inspections aren’t cheap! Yes, you can find someone for less money but a home is one of the largest purchases you’ll ever make. If a “cheaper” inspection is attractive to you, think about this.
